Seagull Books Pvt. Ltd. (Estd 1982) publishes books—books on Theatre, visual arts, alternative cinema, philosophy, culture etc.
Client Wish
They wanted a system that can manage multi-currencies billing, foreign exchange profit and loss, Multi-currency invoicing, purchase & sales return, complimentary copies tracking. The wanted reporting author-wise, publisher-wise, fiction & non-fiction-wise reporting of sales, inventory. POS billing & Payroll was also important ask. Currently, was using FACT for their system.
Our Solution
We analyzed the requirements, accordingly configured Book Store Management with business requirement. The implementation analysis was 15 days before project start. Payroll implementation including PF, ESI, Income Tax etc. The entire implementation from Silicon was based on 'ZERO CUSTOMIZATION' on TallyPrime.
Value Delivered
With ZERO customization, they felt really happy, as project roll-out was very fast. Being TallyPrime user friendly, they were able to manage bookstore which met all their requirements. The payroll managed PF, ESI, P.Tax, TDS, Form 16 etc. are all managed from TallyPrime. More than 2 years Seagull bookstore is using the TallyPrime application implemented by Silicon Systems.
