The company is engaged into range of paper products manufacturing and distribution through channels (CFA) across India. The products had been targeted for school student and corporate executives. The focus had been in manufacturing of drawing books, notebooks for school children in attractive and innovative designs as well as at a premium range of notebooks, notepads for working executives. All the products are use of high premium quality paper. The company currently operating more than 8+ branches across India.
Client Wish
They wanted a product with proven solution, which can be easily configured and their team can use without any difficulty. This should handle the entire operation from sales process to manufacturing to supply chain management. In addition, they also wanted to manage the Govt. Statutory, Sales-Man and Target Management across 5 levels of sales hierarchy, Financial Budgeting and Deviation monitoring, and finally Payroll for all their employees.
Our Solution
Team from Silicon Systems analysed the business requirement in details, started the delivery process focusing on client wishes on TallyPrime. The implementation was staged in 2 Phases. Phase I - focused on Production and Back-office delivery which included Purchase process, Sales process, Manufacturing process, Sales CRM (Sales Man with its hierarchy across targets sales-man wise), All Statutory including State-wise VAT (8 State), CST Sale, Service tax, TDS. Budgeting, Data Synchronization transaction-wise across location (CFA) to HO. Phase - II - focused on implementation of 7 branches (i.e. CFA) present in different states. Defining of security rights and permissions and to plan access rights of users. The implementation model applied was 'ZERO CUSTOMIZATION' on TallyPrime Plus Tally-Add-ons from Tally Shop and Tally Business segment solution on Advanced Sales and Distribution Module.
